  My wife and I we're getting fed up with all the mosquitoes in our backyard so we decided to contact Mosquito Nix. They came out and gave us a price several months ago. I thought the price was very high and read a lot of the past reviews and decided to not go with them. They continued to call me on a regular basis and tried to sell me on their system and tell me they could do it for a lesser price but they refused to come back out and review the plans with me. I decided to blow them off. I then received a phone call about 2 months ago from one of their sales associates named Brian and he told me that they were recently bought out and were trying to resolve a lot of the issues they had with customer service. I decided to give them another try. He came out and gave me a price that was much better than the original price and they threw in about 6 months of free refills. My wife and I decided to go ahead and go with them figuring how bad could it be. Still being skeptical, I called to find out when my first refill was going to be. When I did call, I was greeted on the phone with a very nice young lady. I didn't give my name, I just wanted to find out when my next service was going to be and that I had a few repairs that needed to be done. She told me that my scheduled refill appointment was today and if there would be out later this afternoon. I was quite surprised and confused that she said we were scheduled for today when I didn't even give her my name. Then she proceeded to say that this was for my account and called me by name. That made me feel as though they were on top of their game and made me feel as though their customer service had changed for the better. They did in fact come out today to fix my broken misters and refill my tank and make sure the system was working properly. So far I would have to say that their customer service seems to be on point and I am pleased. If anything changes, I will update my review.
